MMC Inc completed the renovation of the ventilation system in four operating rooms in the dental faculty to the medical university Varna. Two Daikin Air Handling Units with a total capacity of 10 000 m3/h were delivered for this purpose- with extra filtration to meet hygiene standards. Thus a uninterrupted supply of clean and fresh air is created, which greatly improves the medical staff's comfort and the overall working conditions.

MMC executed the replacement of two chiller units for the Bulgarian Air Traffic Control. The installed Daikin Chillers put ot 1700kW of cooling capacity through their state-of-the-art screw compressors.

 

In 2019 one of the largest hotels in Obzor opened its doors- HVD Reina del Mar. Its 700 guest rooms, 125 staff rooms, 80 single-family houses, 5 restaurants, SPA center and Conference Halls are perfectly air-conditioned and ventilated using Daikin air-conditioning systems. MMC Inc took part in the HVAC design, installation and implementation. 130 outdoor VRV units are mounted on-site - 1550 hp, 4,28 MW cooling capacity, 10 air-handling units and 52 ZEAS and Zanoti condensing units. Centralized management and control of the HVAC system is provided by an automated platform.    

Iberostar Hotel Sunny Beach opened its new Daikin air-conditioned apartment wing in 2019. Climate comfort is provided using Daikin multi-split units in the apartments as well as Sky air systems in the common spaces.

MMC Inc performed the installation of air-conditioning and ventilation system of the DM Bulgaria Store in Stara Zagora.  Daikin Sky air series as well as a heat reclaim ventilation (HRV) unit were installed, thus achieving high energy efficiency and indoor air quality control.

Hotel Luna is located in Golden Sands. All rooms are comfortably air-conditioned with Daikin split systems, and Daikin Sky air systems are installed in the common areas, allowing for better air flow distribution and lower power consumption. The project was completed in 2019.

Astoria Hotel in Golden Sands turns a new page in its history. MMC completely designed and built the HVAC installation of the newly built hotel. Hotel Astoria has 530 hotel rooms, numerous themed restaurants, lobby bar, swimming pools, SPA center. The project is filled with VRV, chillers, Altherma, multi split and split Daikin systems, while the management is centralized with BMS. The project was completed in 2019.

Euxinograd Palace is an emblematic building, bearing the spirit of Tsarist Bulgaria. It is located in a park on the sea coast near Varna and is of great tourist interest. The building is also a government residence where many foreign delegations are welcomed. In 2015 - 2016. the Euxinograd Palace underwent a major renovation and modernization under the project "Restoration and Conservation of the Euxinograd Palace" and its adjacent park". As part of the project's activities, MMC has completed an entirely new air-conditioning installation at Euxinograd Palace, in accordance with the status of the site as a monument of culture. To optimize energy costs, Daikin's high-tech geothermal VRV system is installed in the building, which uses the natural resource of the palace- a hot-water spring.

The commercial building "Ellipse Center" is an innovative project, launched in 2008 and restarted after the end of the financial crisis. It is located in the newest business district at the entrance of Sofia on Tsarigradsko shosse Blvd. The building has an area of ​​18 763 sq.m. The complex includes two underground and 13 ground floors - a restaurant and offices of 1526 sq.m. The investor's plans are for the project to be completed in 2018 as a quality project for a class A office building. MMC is the designer and main contractor of all HVAC installations. The systems are built entirely with Daikin's air conditioning technology, including VRV, Altherma, heat recovery ventilation, split and multi split systems.

MALL VARNA is a shopping center combining modern offices and retail space. It was opened in 2007, built by Moto Pfohe. Today MALL VARNA has a new owner - Hydrostroy AD and has been completely renovated in order to meet the latest requirements. The building's high standard is achieved through the quality and modern materials used for its reconstruction. MMC is the designer and main contractor of all HVAC installations. The construction involved entirely Daikin air conditioning, which includes VRV, air-handling units, split and multi split systems.

The Carpe Vita Residential Complex is located in the seaside resort St. St. Constantine and Elena. It is built on an area of 14 068 sq.m. and is located in close proximity to the seashore. The complex consists of five buildings with one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, outdoor swimming pools, garden and recreation area, spa complex, restaurant, shop, playground and parking. The five buildings have total of 193 apartments. All apartments are air-conditioned with Daikin's high-end multi-split systems, designed and supplied by MMC.

The residential complex "Labyrinth" is located in the central part of Varna. It includes six residential buildings and a park, covering an area of 12 145 m2.   The air-conditioning of the apartments is designed by MMC, where Daikin's high-performance multi-split units have been implemented.

The Palace of Culture and Sports is a multifunctional complex in Varna, which hosts a number of cultural and sporting events, exhibitions and conferences. MMC Inc. built the air conditioning of the Congress Hall in the Palace of Culture and Sport Varna.

Galeon Residence & SPA is located in Sunny Beach resort and consists of three distinct bodies with six, seven and eight floors in which there are restaurants, shops, SPA center as well as numerous holiday apartments and studios. Parts of the complex are equipped with the Daikin Sky air systems, and the apartment section is air-conditioned using Daikin multi split. The project was completed in 2014.

Baumax Bulgaria is one of Austria's largest DIY stores with locations in eight Central and Eastern European countries. For the construction of the ventilation, heating and refrigeration system of their store in Varna they trusted MMC Inc. Daikin chillers, gas boilers and air-handling units are installed. The project was implemented in 2012.

The Piccadilly Park complex is a sophisticated and modern shopping center, containing a wide range of shops. The Piccadilly Park building is built on 5 levels - 2 underground and 3 overground. The commercial part is located on an area of over 5,500 sq.m. The site is completed using Daikin's VRV and Sky air systems. The project was completed in 2009.

The climatization and ventilation of one of the most beautiful hotels of our Sea Capital was also carried out by the MMC in 2007.

MMC implemented the air-conditioning of one of the most attractive facilities of the Varna Seaside Alley. The project is completed using Daikin Sky air air conditioners. The project was completed in 2009.

The complex is located in one of the newest and most modern quarters of Varna - "Briz". It consists of 50 apartments, each equipped with high-class multi-split Daikin air conditioners. The site was completed in 2009.
