Hotel Astoria in Golden Sands resort

Astoria Hotel in Golden Sands turns a new page in its history.

MMC completely designed and built the HVAC installation of the newly built hotel.

Hotel Astoria has 530 hotel rooms, numerous themed restaurants, lobby bar, swimming pools, SPA center.

The project is filled with VRV, chillers, Altherma, multi split and split Daikin systems, while the management is centralized with BMS.

The project was completed in 2019.
