HVD Reina del Mar

In 2019 one of the largest hotels in Obzor opened its doors- HVD Reina del Mar. Its 700 guest rooms, 125 staff rooms, 80 single-family houses, 5 restaurants, SPA center and Conference Halls are perfectly air-conditioned and ventilated using Daikin air-conditioning systems.

MMC Inc took part in the HVAC design, installation and implementation.

130 outdoor VRV units are mounted on-site - 1550 hp, 4,28 MW cooling capacity, 10 air-handling units and 52 ZEAS and Zanoti condensing units.

Centralized management and control of the HVAC system is provided by an automated platform.
